<br />consideration of a:motion to go into~an executive session to discuss the following:

<br /> (1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of
<br /> Public Property
<br /> (2) Consultation and Briefing on
<br /> Legal Matters including
<br /> Contracts and Litigation
<br /> (3) A Personnel Matter
<br /> (4) Boards and Commissions
