Church, opened the meeting ~ith prayer, <br /> followed by the Fledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br /> Mayor Holley welcomed all visitors ~n attendance. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded Dy Mrs. Webb, minutes of the called meeting of August 27 <br /> 1984; minutes of the called meeting of August 28, 1984; and minutes of the regular meeting of <br /> August 28, 1984, to be approved as received, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 84-326 Public Hearing on rezoning, use permit, group housing pro[ect applics~ions <br /> and a parking variance: <br /> <br /> ~a) Z454-12 Rezoning application of J. H. Hardy, Inc., by John H. Hardy, President. <br /> to rezone proper~y at 430 Portsmouth Boulevard; from Commercial C~I-K <br /> Conditional to Commercial C-2-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> John H.
