Hanbury, <br /> City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 84-322 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />i~ "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 1984, <br />for the consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following: <br /> <br /> el) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br /> (2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br /> (4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr, Beamer and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to go into an executive session, and <br />was adopted by the following vote" <br /> <br />Ayes: Beamer, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Webb, Whitlow, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED <br /> <br /> <br />
