238 <br /> <br />September 11, 1984 <br /> <br />by the residents of the area. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RKSOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she hereby is, directed to forward <br />copies of this resolution to the Honorable Mayor and Members of the Chesapeake City <br />Council and the appropriate officials of VEPCO and the applicable state regulatory agencies." <br /> Ayes: Beamer, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Webb, Whitlow, Holley <br /> Nays: None <br /> <br />?~. 84-346 - Willard R. Ward, 302 Wynn Street, spoke concerning over-payment of personal <br />property taxes. <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. ~ebb, that the matter be referred to the City <br />Manager and a report be furnished at the meeting of September 25, 1984, and was adopted by <br />unanimous vote. <br /> -- 84-347 - James Harris, 1310 Green Street, spoke concerning taxicab inspector to ~emain <br /> the same (Sgt. D. W. Lewis). <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, that the matter be referred to the City <br /> Manager and that Mr. Harris bednotified, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> APPROVKD -~ <br /> <br /> Mayor ~ Ci'ty Clerk ~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
