Hanbury, City Manager, <br /> Steven Lieberman, City ~ttorney. <br /> <br />84-349 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 1984, for <br />the consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go into an executive session, and was <br />adopted by ~he following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Beamer, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Webb, Whitlow, Holley <br />Nays: Non~ <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk~ wv <br /> <br /> <br />
