<br />Planning Commission, to rezone subdistricts contained within the Downtown D-1 zoning district
<br />Portion C proposes rezoning of properties along London Boulevard and Hieh Street at the Elm
<br />Avenue Intersection from Anto Retail/ Specialty and Mixed Use subdistricts to Industrial
<br />subdistrict; also parcels stated in Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z 84-8-Portion C, from Auto-
<br />mobile Retail and Mixed Use to Industrial, and the following ordinance was approved on first
