Beamer, Sr., E. G. Corprew, Jr., <br />L. Louise Lucas, Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, George L. <br />Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />J. Robert Gray, <br />Hanbury, .City <br /> <br />84-391 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 1984, for <br />the purpose of a public work session and consideration of a motion to go into an executive <br />session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to go into an executive session, and was <br />adopted by the followi'ng vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Beamer, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Webb, Whitlow, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED - ~ <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />City Cler~~-~-~ <br /> <br /> <br />
