<br />#2, Insituform East, Inc., in the amount of $268,S04.12. The total anticioated project cost,
<br />inc%'ddi~g contingencies, engineering and inspection, is $324,220.00.

<br /> The funding for this nroject has been appropriate in the Community Development Fund and
<br />the Public Utility Fund. Therefore, the only Councidl action needed at this time is a motion
<br />to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Insituform East, Inc., in the amount
<br />of $268,504.12. I recommend this motion for approval by the City Council."
