The total anticioated project cost, <br />inc%'ddi~g contingencies, engineering and inspection, is $324,220.00. <br /> <br /> The funding for this nroject has been appropriate in the Community Development Fund and <br />the Public Utility Fund. Therefore, the only Councidl action needed at this time is a motion <br />to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Insituform East, Inc., in the amount <br />of $268,504.12. Dennis, Jr., for Real Esgate Taxes <br />for the third and fourth quarters of the fiscal year 1983-84. <br /> <br />of a motion to refund $421,2 <br />assessed and paid in error <br /> <br /> "The City Assessor is requesting a refund of $421.20, with interest, to Mr. Maurice <br />Dennis, Jr., of 4745 West Norfolk Road, Portsmouth, Virginia 23703 for Real Estate Taxes <br />assessed and oaid in error for the 3rd and 4th quarters of the fiscal year 1983z84. <br /> <br />recommend that Council adopt this motion and a refund be granted with interest." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Beamer, that authorization be ~ranted to refund <br />$421.20 (with interest) to Mr. Maurice W.
