<br /> terms within the motor vehicle Code adopting the phrase "driver's license ~n lieu of "chauffel
<br /> and "operator's licenses". The second ordinance, to be efEective as of adoption, clarifies
<br />.the penalty for disregarding the signal to stop by a police oEficer.
