<br />the 24 hour notice was received:

<br /> "At the call of the Mayor for a special meeting to be held on Monday, April 8, 1985, at
<br />S:00 p.m., c~onsent is hereby given by all iof the members of the City Council to hold such
<br />meeting without the twenty-four hour aoti~e requirement of discussing a Personnel Matter."
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by M~s. Webb, t~ go into an executive session foz aaat
<br />special meeting be held with the endorsem0nt of all Seven (7) members of COuncil, and was
<br />adopted by the following vote:
