<br />Commission, presented plaque received by the City of Portsmouth 1985 Winner for the "Great
<br />Chesapeake-Portsmouth Clean-Up Challenge" Award. Mrs. Westfall introduced Lamont Myers,
<br />Municipal Operations Committee Chairman and he presented awards to Michael Kerekesh, Pn~licacc
<br />Utities, 2nd place winner in the Adopt-A-Lot contest; Moses Atkins, Denartment of Inspections
<br />1st place winner in the Adopt-A-Lot contest. Twelve organizations and City departments
<br />participated in the Adopt-A-Lot Contest for Clean Community Month~(April).
