<br />1984 Wholesale Business License, but reported $380,00[ as gross purchases on his 1985 License
<br />application. He is due credit on his 1985 License, but because the credit is larger than the
<br />license tax due this ~s impossible; therefore, a~refund of $3,930.00 (without interest) ms
<br />requested.

<br /> The corporation closed December 31, 1984. They paid $232.00 for their city license base~
<br />on gross receipts of $70,000, however, their actual receipts totaled $55,056.75. A refund of
<br />$41.84 ~without interest) is requested.

<br /> I recommend that Council adopt this motion, and a refund be granted."
