<br />Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, George L. Hanbury, City Manager, Steven
<br />Lieberman, City Attorney.

<br />85-202 The following call for the meeting was read:
<br />
<br /> 'Please attend a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the City Council/City
<br />Manager Conference Room, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday
<br />July 18, 1988, with Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority, for the purpose of con-
<br />sidering a motion to go into an executive session to discuss use of public property and legal
<br />matters.
<br />
<br />By order of the Mayor."
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Beamer and secondeff by Mrs. Webb, to go into an executive session, and was
<br />adopted by the following vote:
<br />
<br />Ayes: Beamer, Corprew, Lucas, Webb, IYhitlow, Holley
<br />Nays: None
<br />
<br />Councilman Beamer opened the executive session with prayer.
