Corprew, Jr., J. Robert Gray, <br /> L. Louise Lucas, Gloria O. Webb, George L. Hanbury, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, <br /> City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: Morton V. Whitlow <br /> <br />85-238 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 1985, to considc <br />a motion to hold an executive session for the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Lucas and <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />seconded by Mr. Beamer, to go <br /> <br />into an executive <br /> <br />session amd was <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED ~ <br /> <br /> k~ Mayor ~ <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Councilman Whitlow arrived at 5:50 p.m. for the executive session. <br /> <br /> <br />
