<br />Vice Mayor Webb presided in the absence of the Mayor.

<br />85-258 The following call for the meeting was read:

<br /> 'Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber,
<br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 1985 for
<br />the purpose of discussing the regional transportation network and long range plans for
<br />improvement with the Portsmouth Council of Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.
