Alexandria Westfall, 4102 Scott Street, voiced her concern with what she believes <br />are inconsistent city records keeping. <br /> <br />2. Dr. Rhonda Alexander, 1200 Potomac Avenue, thanked City Council for their support <br />of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and informed them of the Reading <br />Enrichment Program provided by her organization Chain Breakers. <br /> <br />3. Pamela Anstead, 1919 Atlanta Avenue, voiced her concern with an abandoned <br />church on Atlanta Avenue. <br /> <br />4. Christopher Hines, 19 Kings Gate Drive, asked for help in changing the stipulations <br />placed on Parks and Recreation as it pertains to transportation for organizations. <br /> <br />5. Sergio Neal, 2101 Nashville Avenue, asked for help in changing the stipulations <br />placed on Parks and Recreation as it pertains to transportation for organizations. <br /> <br />6. Donna Biggs, 3104 Garland Avenue, voiced her concern on a request for public <br />comment on draft permit with Department of Environmental Quality. <br /> <br />7.
