1,14 <br /> <br />October 1, 1985 <br /> <br /> At a called meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, October 1, 1985, there were <br />present: <br /> <br />James W. Holley, III, Ben A. Beamer, Sr., E. G. Corprew, Jr., J. Robert Gray, <br />L. Louise Lucas, Morton V. ~hitlow, George L. Hanbury, City Manager, Steven <br />Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: Gloria O. Webb <br /> <br />85-260 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 1985 for the <br />consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acqu~smn~on of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Beamer. no go inzo an executive session, and <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED -~._~ <br /> <br />Mayor~ ~ 0f)~ ~ <br /> <br />~City Clerk <br /> <br />was <br /> <br /> <br />
