She also informed citizens of the <br />˗ <br />next Roc the Block on September 17, 2025, in the Westhaven neighborhood. <br /> Spoke on the vacant structure guidelines provided in the Report Back. <br />˗ <br /> Wished her son Miles a happy birthday. <br />˗ <br /> <br /> Mr. Tillage encouraged citizens to use the See, Click, Fix app. He also thanked <br /> <br />Bernadette Hogge, Ombudsperson, for filtering requests to the appropriate <br />departments. <br /> <br /> Mayor Glover informed citizens and City Council of the passing of Dr. Richard <br /> <br />Singletary, owner of Singletary Gallery, educator and musician. <br /> <br />25 - 218 - Report on Pending Items <br /> <br />There were no pending items. <br /> <br />25 - 219 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />1. Erin Coady, 2908 Tanbark Lane, spoke on the advantages of rank choice voting. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Rachel Copeland, 3112 High Street, provided an update on Cooper’s restaurant. <br /> <br />3. David House, P. O. Box 3002, voiced his concern with what he believes are double <br />standards with regards to code violations in the City. <br /> <br />4. Daniel House, 114 Gillis Road, voiced his concern with the Inspections Department. <br /> <br />5.
