Joseph, Sr., 410 Beechdale Road, spoke in support of the rezoning because <br />the expansion to the churah was needed to accommodate the young people in the church. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mrs. Webb and seconde~ by Mrs. huaas, to concur ~n the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission, to rezone for church expansion at 105 Avondale Road, from Industrial <br />M-1 to Commercial C-2, the following ordinance was approved on first reading by unanimous vot~ <br /> <br />"ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Z 85-41- <br /> <br />(e) Use Permit UP 85-30 <br /> <br />PARKVIEW NEIGHBORHOOD: Use permit application of David and <br />Stephen J6rdan, by Glenn Tares, Jr., AIA, Architect, for a <br />ferryZtour boat marina on land located on the north side of <br />Bay Street 318.33 feet west of Elm Avenue. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gr~y and seconded by Mrs. Webb, that UP 85-30 be moved down to Unfinished <br />Business to be considered with Items CA 85--, Z 85-27 and Z 85-33 and was adonted by unanimo~ <br />vote.
