sewer line from Frederick Boulevard down Elliott Avenue at such time as the option is
6. The existing ballfield as designated as Parcel B on the attached map would remain.

Since negotiations are complete and staff and developer agree on all points, the
question now for Council is, what is the best public benefit for this property -- development
of the parcels as proposed or public recreation as recommended in the open space study?

Because of the length of t~me ~n negotiations, City Council may consider authorizing me
to ~ign a development agreement containzng the conditions I have previously mentioned.
Such an agreement would represent a comprommse between the wishes of the Bishop to fully
develop all parcels and the recommendation contained in the open space study to leave all the
parcels o~ recreation."
