Sherman Tyler, 1812 Parker Avenue, voiced his concern with the crime in the City. <br /> <br />4. Cheryl Bryant, 4526 West Norfolk Road, spoke on her organization Mindset <br />Supporters. <br /> <br />5. Sergio Neal, 1420 Elm Avenue, spoke on Portsmouth Restaurant Week. <br /> <br />6. Barry Randall, 1515 Camden Avenue, spoke in support of naming a street for <br />Senator L. Louise Lucas. <br /> <br />7. Leon Hammonds, 809 Bouie Court, spoke on the lack of development in certain <br />areas of the City. <br /> <br />8. Sheila Joseph, 139 Grand Street, spoke on meeting held by the Environmental <br />Protection Agency (EPA). <br /> <br />9.
