<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
<br /> by the Council of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia that it hereby declares and affirms its support for the City’s application for an RCP
<br />Planning Grant in the amount of $500,000 to perform a drainage study and complete the
<br />design for the improvements necessary to alleviate the flooding in the northwest corner
<br />
<br />of the Prentis Park neighborhood in the vicinity of the Mt. Calvary Cemetery Complex.”
