Hanbury, III, <br />City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />86-25 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council ta be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 1986, for <br />a public work session for the purpose to consider an appeal from the Commission of Architec- <br />tural Review and for the consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss <br />the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition o£ <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br /> (4) Boards and Comissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Whitlow and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to go into an executive session, and <br />was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Beamer, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Webb, Whitlow, <br /> Nays: None <br /> 86-26 <br /> A public work session was held for an appeal from the CAR=Port <br />four~=uni~ structure at 2550-55 Detroit Street by MGB Associates. <br /> <br />Holley <br /> <br /> Norfolk'Park View on a new <br /> <br />Ernest Freeman, City Planner, made a presentation. <br /> <br />C.
