Lucas-Burke, William E. Moody, Jr., *Dr. <br />Mark M. Whitaker, Mark A. Hugel, Vernon L. Tillage, Jr., Interim City Manager Mimi C. <br />Terry, City Attorney Lavonda Graham-Williams. <br /> <br />23 - 144 - Mayor Glover called the meeting to order and welcomed all in attendance. <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the City Council <br />Chamber, 801 Crawford Street, 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 25, 2023, for the purpose of a <br />Public Work Session. <br /> <br /> In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />23 - 145 - The following items were discussed in Public Work Session: <br /> <br />1.
