<br /> 86-58 Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of an ordinance to appropriate
<br />$834,600 for Civic Center Plaza deck replacement and award of contract.
<br />
<br /> "Phe ~985-90 Capital Improvement Program indicates $855,134 available for correction of
<br />the water leakage problem on the Civic Center plaza. The severity o£ the problem necessitates
<br />complete removal and replacement of the deck and lining of ail the planters. Because of the
<br />anticipated cost of the work, the replacement was bid zn several phases to allow for comple-
<br />tion of a portion of the deck if there was insufficient funding. The bid results were as
<br />follows:
