287 March 25, 1986 Beginning at a point on the south side of Wythe Street, said point being the point at which the line dividing the property herein-described and the property now or formerly belonging to S. T. Montague, intersects the south right-of-way of Wythe Street, said point being further described as 95' east of the southeast intersection of Wythe Street and Fourth Street; thence from said point south and perpendicular to Wythe Street 101' to the line of the property now or formerly owned by R. E. Glover, thence east along Glover's line 20.00' to a point; thence south along Glover's line 22.50' to a point on the line of the property now or formerly owned by John Leigh; thence east along Leigh's line 20.00' to the point on the line of the property of H.
