March 25, 1986 Beginning at a point on the north side of Harrison Street 150 feet west from the northwest intersection of Harrison and Third Streets; and thnce running northward and parallel with Third Street 121 feet; thence westward and parallel with Harrison Street 30 feet; thence southward and parallel with Third Street 121 feet; and thence eastward along Harrison Street 30 feet to the point of beginning.
