March 25, 1986 <br /> <br /> At a called meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, March 25, 1986, there were <br />present: <br /> <br />James W. Holley, III, Ben A. Beamer, Sr., E. G. Corprew, Jr., J. Robert Gray, <br />L. Louise Lucas, Gloria O. Webb, George L. Hanbury, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />* Absent: Morton V. Whitlow <br /> <br />86-80 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 1986, for a <br />public work session for the purpose to consider an appeal from the Commission of Architectural <br />Review and for the consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the <br />following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br /> (4) Boards & Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to go xnto an executive session, and was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 86-81 - A public work session was held for an appeal from Mr. & Mrs. Jessie C. Harris <br />on replacement of metal casement windows at 36 Prospect ParkwayS40 Alton Parkway. <br /> <br />John M.
