ROber~ Gray, L. Louise Lucas, <br />Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, George L. Hanbury, City Manager, Steven <br />Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: Ben A. Beamer, Sr. <br /> <br />86-161 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council <br />6th floor of City Hail, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, ~ay 27, 1986, <br />a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following items: <br /> <br />Chamber, <br />to consider <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2)' Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br /> (4) Boards & Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to go into an executive session, and was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED -_~ <br /> <br /> ~ Mayor <br /> <br /> ~--~~ ~-- <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Councilman Beamer arrived for the executive session at 6:10 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
