<br />in water and sewer fees.
<br />
<br />4. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, asked that deferred payment plans be
<br />implemented to ease the burden of increased fees.

<br />AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT (1) THE GRANT
<br />FUND, FOOD SERVICES FUND, AND TEXTBOOK FUND OF SAID BUDGET FOR THE
<br />ENTIRE FISCAL YEAR 2021 AND (2) THE GENERAL FUND AND RISK
<br />MANAGEMENT FUND OF SAID BUDGET FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF FISCAL
<br />YEAR 2021.”
