<br />91.3 AND 38-9 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006)
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING OR ESTABLISHING RATES AND FEES FOR
<br />RIGHT-OF-WAY DISTURBANCE, CHESAPEAKE BAY PRESERVATION REVIEW,
<br />TEMPORARY STREET CLOSURES, SITE PLAN REVIEW, LAND DISTURBANCE
<br />PERMITS, BOAT RAMP PARKING, WATER METERS AND RELATED WATER AND
