<br />the night June 7, and requested that the matter be investigated, Churchland Wrecker Service
<br />license be suspended until investigation completed, that Ms. Mason be reimbursed $285.00
<br />(3 tmmes amount extorted from her], and a public apology for this conduct by the tow truck
<br />operator.
<br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, that the matter be referred to the City
<br />Manager for investigation, and a report be furnished, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> concerning the shooting of a young black male~being shot in the face by a police cfficer and
