January 14, 2020 <br /> <br />(b) Z-19-07 DOWNTOWN – Jim Bento, with Fairlead Integrated, is requesting to <br />rezone approximately 12.5 acres located at 176 Lincoln Street and <br />0 Gosport Row along the southern branch of the Elizabeth River from <br />Special District with conditions (SD-K) to Industrial with conditions <br />(IN-K). The proposed use of the property is to expand the current <br />boat and yacht repair business to a military waterfront services <br />market to include government and military ships and to manufacture, <br />assemble, and preservation activities for structures supporting new <br />class ships at Huntington Ingalls Newport News. The future Land <br />Use Plan in the Comprehensive Plan, Build One Portsmouth, <br />designated this property as a Port Facility. <br /> <br />1.
