,1 98 May 9, 2000 <br /> <br />00 - 112 - Items Submitted Dy Council Members <br /> <br />Councilman Whitehurst spoke on May 19th and 20th events for Ambassador <br />Bismarck Myrick activities. <br /> <br />Councilman Whitehurst gave notification that he will be on the Board of Trustees for <br />St. Paul's College in Lawrenceville, VA. <br /> <br />Councilman Pitts requested review and clarification by management of the sign <br />ordinance as it pertains to the positioning of signs on public right-of-ways. He also <br />requested an investigation into 214 Mt. Vernon Avenue, and their holding flea <br />markets on five consecutive weekends. It was requested that management review <br />and address the open ditch situation in North Siesta Gardens. He asked <br />management to review and address the graffiti throughout the City. <br /> <br />Councilman Moody spoke on Chamber of Commerce, Spring Fling on Friday, May <br />12, 2000. <br /> <br />00-113-Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br />J.
