William Britt, 5109 Moonlit Avenue, voiced his concern with the Zoning Department <br />and with the lack of response from the City Manager’s Office. <br /> <br />2. Jack Bray, 342 Maryland Avenue, voiced his opposition to proposed casino gaming <br />in the City. <br /> <br />3. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Avenue, voiced her concern with the discussion of the <br />2020 City Council Calendar of meetings. <br /> <br />4. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, voiced his concern with the dismissive <br />attitude shown toward a citizen that spoke at a previous meeting. <br /> <br />5.
