July 8, 1986 <br /> <br />At a called meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, July 8, 1986, there were presen~ <br /> <br />James W. Holley., III, Jack P. Barnes, E. G. Corprew, <br />L. Louise Lucas, J.. Herbert Simpson, Gloria O. Webb, <br />Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Jr., J. Robert Gray, <br />George L. Hanbury, City <br /> <br />86-237 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please, attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 1986, to conside <br />a motion to hold an execu,tige session for purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(1) 'Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br /> (4) Boards & Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to go into an executive session. ~and was <br />adopted by the following vote <br /> <br /> Ayes Barnes, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Simpson, Webb, Holley <br /> Nays None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVE-D <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
