Louise Lucas 86-282 - The following call for the meeting was read: "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, 6the floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 1986, for the consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following: (1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of Public Property (2) Consultation and Briefing on Legal Matters (3) A Personnel Matter By order of the Mayor."
