<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
<br /> by the Council of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia, that the Portsmouth Census 2020 Complete Count Committee is hereby
<br />established; and
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
<br /> that the City Manager is authorized to appoint up to
<br />twenty-five private citizens who live or work in Portsmouth to the Committee; and
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
<br /> that the City Manager is authorized to take such
<br />further actions as she deems necessary or appropriate in furtherance of the establishment
<br />
<br />of the Committee and the purposes of this Resolution.”

<br />Motion by Mr. Clark, and seconded by Ms. Lucas-Burke, to withdraw Item 19-101
<br />from the agenda, and was adopted by the following vote:
