<br />At a called meeting of the city Council held on Monday, July 28, 1986, there were present:

<br />Jack P. Barnes, J. Robert Gray, L. Lou£se Lucas, J. Herbert Simpson, Gloria O.
<br />Webb, George L. H~nbury, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney.
<br />
<br />Absent: James W. Holley, III, E. G. Corprew, Jr.
<br />
<br />Vice Mayor Webb presided in the absence of the Mayor.
<br />
<br />86-283 - The following call for the meeting was read:
<br />
<br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber,
<br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 1986, for the
<br />consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following:
<br />
<br />· (1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of
<br /> Public Property
<br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on
<br /> Legal Matters
<br />(3) A Personnel Matter
<br />
<br />By order of the Mayor."
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to go into an executive session, and was
<br />adopted by the following vote:
<br />
<br />Ayes: Barnes, Gray; Lucas, Simpson, Webb
<br />Nays: None
<br />
<br />On motion meeting adjourned.
