Lorenzo Waters, 811 Hancock Avenue, voiced his concern with what he believes is <br />that lack of support for education in the City. He also expressed the importance of <br />providing a living wage. <br /> <br />2. Clyde Toler, 1029 Blair Street, thanked the Mayor for remaining neutral with regards <br />to current events in Virginia. <br /> <br />3. Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, spoke on the importance of organizational <br />charts for the City. <br /> <br />4. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O.
