<br /> Councilman J. Robert Gray opened the meeting with Frayer,
<br />Lowed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

<br /> Councilman Corprew requested in his statement of Augusut
<br />1986 to change "of whatever" to "to whatever".

<br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Simpson, minutes
<br />zalled meeting of August 12, 1986; and minutes of the regular
<br />of August 12, 1986, as corrected, be approved and was adopted
