Robert Gray, IL. Louise <br />Lucas, J. Herber~S'~mpson, Gloria O. Webb, George L. Hanhury, <br />City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: E. G. Corprew, Jr. <br /> <br />86-30~ The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council tc held <br />n the Council Chamber, 6th floor of City Hall, 8)1 Crawfo~ <br />~t 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 1986, for the purpose of a <br />public work session and for the consideration of a motion to go iht <br />~n executive session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on Legal Matters <br />(3) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards & Commission <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go into an <br />~xecutive session, and was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Gray, Lucas, Simpson, Webb, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> 86-304(a] A public work session was held for an appeal from <br />Louis C. Anderson (L.C.A. Enterprises, Inc.) on a stack of tobble- <br />stones at 2517 Bayview Boulevard. <br /> <br />Louis C. Anderson made a presentation. <br /> <br />Ernest Freeman, City Planner, made a presentation. <br /> <br /> Motion of MFs. Webb and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to uph~d the <br />decision of the Commission of Architectural RevieW, that th~ cobble- <br />stones be removed within 30 days, and was adopted by unanimo~s vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED _~t <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Councilman Corprew arrived for the public work session~and <br />and executive session at 4:55 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
