September 9, 1986 On motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, CA 86-4 to amend Section 33-18 of the Code, was approved on first reading, and ~as adopted by unanimous vote. (el CA 86-5 CODE AMENDMENT: A proposal to amend Section 53-22 pertaining to recordation of final sub- division plats. On motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Simpson, CA 86-5 :o amend Section 33-22 of the Code, was approved on first rieading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. (f) CA 86-6 - CODE AMENDMENT: A proposal to amend Siection 40-209 pertaining.to appeals to the Bolar~ of Zoning Appeals. On motian of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, CA 861-6 to amend Seation 40-209 of the Code, was approved on first rea~ing, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
