Donna Sayegh, 3104 Garland Drive, spoke in opposition to the Crawford <br />Revitalization Strategy. <br /> <br />2. Michael Owens, 101 Ashburn Road, asked for help to resolve a real estate tax <br />matter. <br /> <br />3.
