Waters have made application to close an unnamed street on the north side of West Norfolk Road extending from West Norfolk Road to the proper of Norfolk, Franklin and Danville Railroad. This is an unimproved street between the properties of the two applicants. The viewers report and the Planning Commission recommendation beth favor approval of the application. The Public Utilities Department has requested the retention of an easement for the installation and maintenance of utility service~ which are being installed in connection with the River"Pointe proje¢ on the Beazley Farm property.
