The <br />tower would be occupied by T-Mobile with space for at least 2 other <br />users. Forehand, on <br />behalf of T-Mobile, is requesting a Use Permit to construct and <br />operate a 165 foot monopole telecommunications tower on a 2.75 <br />acre parcel located at 3910 Victory Boulevard between the Victory <br />Crossing Shopping Center and Interstate 264. The tower would be <br />occupied by T-Mobile with space for at least 2 other users. The <br />property is owned by Portsmouth Redevelopment & Housing <br />Authority (PRHA) and is zoned General Mixed Use (GMU). In the <br />City’s Comprehensive Plan, the property is designed as part of a <br />Mixed Use Corridor on the Generalized Future Land Use Map. <br /> <br /> C. E.
