<br />Consulting, LLC, on behalf of T-Mobile, is requesting a Use Permit
<br />to construct and operate a 150 foot monopole telecommunications
<br />tower on a 1.58 acre parcel located at 800 Peninsula Avenue. The
<br />tower would be occupied by T-Mobile with space for at least 2 other
<br />users. The property is owned by ACT & Associates LLC located at
<br />507 Oaklette Drive, Chesapeake, Virginia, is zoned Industrial (IN)
<br />and is designated as Light Industrial on the Generalized Future Land
<br />Use Map in the City’s Comprehensive Plan.

<br />(d) UP-17-14 VICTORY CROSSING SHOPPING CENTER - C.E. Forehand, on
<br />behalf of T-Mobile, is requesting a Use Permit to construct and
<br />operate a 165 foot monopole telecommunications tower on a 2.75
<br />acre parcel located at 3910 Victory Boulevard between the Victory
<br />Crossing Shopping Center and Interstate 264. The tower would be
<br />occupied by T-Mobile with space for at least 2 other users. The
<br />property is owned by Portsmouth Redevelopment & Housing
<br />Authority (PRHA) and is zoned General Mixed Use (GMU). In the
<br />City’s Comprehensive Plan, the property is designed as part of a
<br />Mixed Use Corridor on the Generalized Future Land Use Map.
