<br />of the 1986-91 Capital Improvement Program. The respective appro-

<br /> .The attached sheet provides a brief desdription of the aerial
<br />mRp~-ing pronedu~e ~s~a~description of the phasing and comparative
<br />costs on several of the projects. The aerial mapping will be com-
<br />pleted by the firm, Aerial Da~a Reduction Associates, Inc. (ADR[~
<br />of Pennsauken, New Jersey, a firm selected by competit%ve negotia-
<br />tion through the City procurement process for contractmng of profes
<br />sional services. In order to design the above projects, the Direc-
<br />tor of Public Works recommends that a purchse order be issued to
<br />ADR in the amount of ~62,117 and appropriation of $124,000 for the
<br />aerial mapping and engineering design.

<br /> Therefore, I recommend the award of the purchase order to ADR
<br />and appropriation of the necessary funds."
