<br />Ferguson to adopt a Portsmouth Police Department Mounted Patrol Unit Horse, “Emily”,
<br />a 16 Hand Brown Thoroughbred Mare, and was adopted by the following vote:

<br />agenda in reference to the referendum to move the monument, and was adopted by the

<br /> on the relocation of the confederate monument.
