August 22, 2017 PARCEL ONE: That certain lot of land in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, with its appurtenances, bounded by a line as follows: Beginning at the northeast intersection of Hatton Street and Crawford Parkway (formerly “A” Street), thence running north on Hatton Street, one hundred and ten (110) feet, thence east parallel with Crawford Parkway one hundred and twenty-one (121) feet, thence south parallel with Hatton Street, one hundred ten (110) feet to Crawford Parkway, thence west along Crawford Parkway one hundred twenty-one (121) feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL TWO: That certain lot of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east side of Hatton Street seventy (70) feet south of the southeast intersection of Hatton Street and Leckie Street; thence running south along the east side of Hatton Street forty (40) feet to the property (now or formerly) of the Park View Baptist Church; thence east along the line of the Park View Baptist Church and parallel with Leckie Street one hundred and ten (110) feet; thence north and parallel with Hatton Street forty (40) feet; thence west along the line of the property (now or formerly) reserved by the Citizens Trust Company one hundred ten (110) fee to the point of beginning. PARCEL THREE: That certain lot of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point which is one hundred and ten (110) feet east of a point seventy (70) feet south of the southeast intersection of Hatton and Leckie Streets; thence running south and parallel with Hatton Street forty (40) feet to the property now or formerly of the Park View Baptist Church; thence east along the line of the property owned by the Park View Baptist Church eleven (11) feet; thence north and parallel with Hatton Street forty (40) feet; thence west and parallel with Leckie Street eleven (11) feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL FOUR: Beginning at a point on the north side of Crawford Parkway (formerly “A” Street) one hundred and ninety-five (195) feet west from the northwest intersection of Fort Lane (formerly Chestnut Street) and Crawford Parkway, and from thence running west along Crawford Parkway forty-five (45) feet; thence north one hundred and ten (110) feet; thence east forty-five (45) feet; and thence south one hundred and ten (110) feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL FIVE: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and being bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the north side of Crawford Parkway (formerly “A” Street) one hundred twenty-one (121) feet east of the northeast intersection of Hatton Street and Crawford Parkway; thence running east on Crawford Parkway thirty (30) feet; thence north and parallel with Hatton Street one hundred ten (110) feet; thence west and parallel with Crawford Parkway thirty (30) feet; and thence south and parallel with Hatton Street one hundred ten (110) feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL SIX: All that certain lot of land, with the building and improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the north side of Crawford Parkway (formerly “A” Street) one hundred and fifty-one (151) feet east from the northeast intersection of Hatton Street and Crawford Parkway, and from thence running east along the north side of Crawford Parkway thirty (30) feet; thence north and parallel with Hatton Street one hundred and ten (110) feet; thence west and parallel with Crawford Parkway thirty (30) feet; thence south (previously referenced as west in error) and parallel with Hatton Street one hundred and ten (110) feet to the point of beginning. IT BEING all that certain property conveyed to ZBC, LLC by Deed of Gift from Historic Zion Baptist Church of Portsmouth, Virginia dated July 29, 2014 and recorded in the Portsmouth Circuit Court Clerk’s Office as Instrument 140007638.
