<br />(a) UP-17-06  PARKVIEW - Zion Baptist Church requests a use permit for a child  
<br />day care center on their property at 225 Hatton Street located in the  
<br />Park View subdivision. The property is zoned Historic Limited Office,  
<br />HLO, and contains a church building and associated parking. The  
<br />Comprehensive Plan recommends institutional/public use for the  
<br />property.

<br />requests a use permit for up to 27 residential units above the first  
<br />floors of the combined properties at 325 – 327 High Street and 341  
<br />High Street located at the southeast corner of High and Court Streets  
<br />in the Downtown, T5, zoning district. The Comprehensive Plan  
<br />recommends mixed use downtown development for the property.
